Eva Dias Krainitzki

I am a vinyasa yoga teaching, having gained my 200-hour RYT (Yoga Alliance) with Ian Davis at OrangeYoga in 2017. I also completed a 20-hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop with Alex Cat (certified facilitator Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga /TCTSY).

I am particularly interested in yoga as a dynamic meditative practice of self-discovery. I see yoga as a vehicle for personal and social change and in my teaching, I aim to be inclusive of all abilities and body identities. 

I began practicing yoga when I moved to the UK to pursue my PhD, finding in yoga the means to ease work-related stress and to increase my flexibility after years of martial arts training.

I teach a secular vinyasa class, with little Sanskrit. Expect a breadth-lead slow vinyasa flow, where variations are offered. You are invited to inhabit your body fully and to make choices that serve you. I don’t tend not to play music, allowing you to focus on the sensations in your body. I do not use hands-on adjustments.
