Health, Nutrition, Yoga Coach and teacher at The Hive Karen Maidment has put together a series of three workshops for The Hive as part of a 'Self Care Club'.

The first of these - Journal Your Life: Writing your dreams into reality explores how journaling can lead to greater health and happiness for both you and your loved ones.

Join Karen in this hands-on creative workshop, where she shares  her favourite journaling techniques and styles, for personal growth, creative expression and life enrichment. You will have the opportunity to explore insightful journaling prompts which have been used to guide and support her own life.

If you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. If you lack confidence and self-esteem, finding it difficult to trust your feelings with another, journaling can be your confidant. If you long to be creative but don’t know how to kick start those creative juices, journaling can be your access point.
