A special workshop for new mums on Mothers’ Day.

A 75 minute workshop with postnatal yoga

Cost: £20 (includes tea/coffee/cake after class)

Whether 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years post birth, if you feel disconnected to your body and want to physically rebuild it, then this workshop is for you.  

Having a baby will inevitably have had a huge physical & emotional impact on your body and how you feel about yourself. You may feel disconnected and wonder if you'll ever feel comfortable in your body again. This session will educate and help you to find ways to reconnect and aid your physical rehabilitation. This workshop is designed for you to attend without your little one, so you can truly focus on yourself.

Areas covered in this session include: 

  • education around rehabilitation of the core & posture

  • discussion around how lifestyle factors impact your physical & emotional recovery

  • a focus on self/body love & acceptance

  • post-natal yoga postures, movement & breath work that will aid your recovery and support the physical & mental demands of being a mum. 

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone attending must have successfully completed their 6 week check up. You will also be required to complete and return a questionnaire prior to the workshop.
