Come and join Bea Howarth from BioBea for an introduction to Ayurveda, the Ayurvedic lifestyle and Vedic meditation.

In this half day workshop you will have the opportunity to learn about:

  • The origins and benefits of Ayurveda/holistic science;

  • What your Ayurvedic body constitution is (Vata, Pitta, Kapha);

  • Easy Ayurvedic practices you can incorporate into your routine for a healthy (sattvic) lifestyle

  • Ayurvedic diet options;

  • Vedic meditation.

This workshop will be a mixture of practice and theory and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Drinks and (Ayurvedic) snacks will also be provided.
