After many decades of aerobic exercise including football, cycling, squash and running, I took up Yoga 3 years ago to improve flexibility. I had low expectations of enjoyment and was startled to find something that changed my entire life, physically and mentally. I qualified as a Teacher in late 2018 and am keen to share Hatha fundamentals and the potential of Yoga with others.

Students can expect a slower, flowing class with time to explore the connection between mind, breath and body.
