Yoga has been a special and treasured part of my life for over 25 years, and I still love my practice.  Even after all this time I’m still loving that there are new to things to learn.

My practice continues to evolve as I age, and it’s fair to say my outlook and approach to my practice is very different to when I began.  I still enjoy a strong challenging practice, and love how Yoga helps  to strengthen my body and mind.

Teaching is a wonderful opportunity for me to share and work in partnership with students to help them find their own ways to love their practice.

My teaching is influenced by my  historical love of Iyengar and Dynamic Vinyasa, and more recently Yin, Gentle and Restorative Yoga.

My classes will typically be slower paced, challenging but inclusive, focussing on being mindful & considered in your personal practice.

I also like to include music, meditation and pranayama, but whatever the class type, focus or theme, I will always have an eye on keeping our practice together fun and enjoyable.  It is after all only Yoga!
