I have been practising yoga for over ten years, coming to it first to strengthen and stretch my physical body, but then later to calm my mind and emotions. I fuse my work as a Health & Nutrition Coach with my yoga teaching to support students and clients in all aspects of their wellbeing. I am inspired by creative sequencing and driven by good body alignment to create a safe, effective and beneficial practise.

When you love something, you want to share that love with as many people as possible. So above all else I aim to make my classes fun, inclusive and approachable.
