I am trained in Kundalini Tantra and Hatha. The class I teach at the Hive is a Kundalini Tantra one. This class uses a lot of movement within the poses to help overcome inflexibility and so the poses can be held for longer than normal.

It’s up to you how fast and deep you move, allowing all abilities to practice at a level suitable to their aims and experience.

The class is 1.5hrs long so that a yogic breathing exercise, a brief meditation and a short guided relaxation can be included. You will find that these methods are particularly effective when combined in this way. You will get the full yogic experience and leave feeling like a different person.
