I was introduced to Yoga in my 20’s. It had such a profound affect on my physical and emotional wellbeing that I have always felt compelled to share the Yoga message to as many people as I can, and teaching it facilitates this! I wasn’t a very flexible person when I started, so I understand what it’s like to have physical restrictions and to work very hard to overcome mental obstructions in your personal practice, and I have always enjoyed a strong class that challenged me …

I have a light-hearted approach, and enjoy teaching a strong class encouraging my students to go a little outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves. I love teaching inversions, so expect to go upside down! I will focus on a particular movement or asana to get it right, and I like to assist my students.
