Personalised sessions are great to move your practice forward, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner. With one-on-one attention, you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to hone your practice based on your specific needs.
You will be able to explore postures in detail and go into much more depth than you ever can in a public class, receiving explicit alignment cues and hints and tricks of the trade for accessing more challenging postures. If you want to explore breathing exercises and meditation then your teacher can skilfully guide you through these too.
You will also receive a personalised practice and notes for you to use at home.
Sessions can take place at your home or in our studio.
Group sessions at work are excellent for creating happier and healthier teams, which means happier and healthier organisations! Your employees can benefit greatly from moving their bodies and calming their minds. These classes can be completely personalised from dynamic to restorative.
Sessions can take place at your place of work – we will provide all the necessary equipment and props, for up to 20 employees – or we can accommodate you for an express lunchtime session at our central studio.
