Yoga has been a part of Reut’s life from a young age, learning the physical and spiritual practice of yoga. She has a passion for health and wellness and is also a Naturopathic Doctor. Reut incorporates her experience as a naturopath in her yoga classes, focusing on the overall health of the body as well as being mindful in the practice through linking breath and movement.
Reut’s vinyasa class is strong but with a slow flow, calming the mind and leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Reut believes that the practice of yoga is about tuning into your mind and body, recognising how the asana makes you feel and finding space and focus within your practice.
Reut is a vinyasa yoga teacher with a 200hr qualification with Yoga Alliance and is also a certified Pregnancy Yoga teacher completing her training through Yoga Campus with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
