I am a Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered teacher having completed my training with Ian Davis in 2017, and have since gone on to qualify in Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo. One of the many aspects of Yoga that I love is that it teaches you how to really listen to, and connect with, your body, your breath, and your mind. This connection is fundamental not only to my own personal practice but also my teaching. My classes include a combination of flowing postures and held postures, to challenge the body in different ways, enabling deeper exploration of the practice and all the positive effects that Yoga brings.
