I teach a Vinyasa - Hatha style class, which means there is a combination of movement and flows between poses, as well as holding some of the poses for a few breaths. Breathing is an important part of the practice, I will refer to it in class.

I mostly teach a slow flow that develops control, strength and stability in the body. There will be challenge and strength in my classes, but also adaptations for you to work at where you’re body and mind is at that day. 

I want students to learn in my classes, so I will cue technique, explain what is happening in the body and sometimes break down specific poses. I may at times use yogic themes and philosophy to help incorporate a self-reflection practice - helping you to learn not only about your physical body, but also your mental and emotional self.
